Timothy Prestano spent years working in and around construction before founding Demo Star Demolition. What he kept seeing was the same problem over and over. Demolition contractors who won the bid and then disappeared. Clients left managing their own debris, chasing down crews, and absorbing costs nobody warned them about.
He started Demo Star to fix that. One crew, one standard, and a firm belief that the client deserved to have the job done correctly from day one.
That was more than 25 years ago. The company has grown considerably since then, but the standard has not moved. Every residential demolition and commercial demolition project that goes out under the Demo Star name gets the same level of care as the first one did. Timothy has spent years managing all aspects of complex demolition and construction projects.
